Honestly, I think this is brilliant. In the drawing alone, you have captured the characters incredibly well. And the Weeping Angel going after Amy and Rory? Fantastic.
The color is magnificent! It is all blended very well and the shading is perfect.
One thing I will say is I didn't know who Clara was, until I read a previous critique. After I knew who she was though I at least understood it a bit more. I love the Dalek addition next to her, definitely helps define some of the character! And although I think the Dalek is brilliant when I look at it at first glance it appears flatter than the rest of the image, so I would catergorize that as techinique I believe. If that makes sense.
The first thing I appreciated about this piece is the excellence of your execution: composition, design, line, coloring, shading. The style is unique, similar to others in its cuteness, but other than that very uniquely yours.
And, while the style is unique, it does not interfere with a recognizable likeness of each character, I had no difficulty knowing who was who (even Clara, a much less studied character). Consistent body proportions with a bit of a flair for caricature enhance the style.
Top scores for skill in drawing, inking and painting. Especially the painting... if you aren't already illustrating children's books, you SHOULD be
Lowest score was for "Impact" only in that this reads less like a story and more like a character study. But with that said, the facial expressions and body language between 11 and River, or Amy and Rory speak volumes. I am quite sure if you created (or were given) a story using these characters that you would have no difficulty illustrating the emotional impact you desired.
One quibble: Amy should be carrying a doll of "Raggety Doctor", dressed in tattered 10 suit. But I adore the fact that she is carrying the doll

All in all, bravo! Very well done!
