If there's anything you have a real talent for, it's capturing a sense of wonderment into your artworks. Your magnificent pencil work always shows the playful and passionate effort you put into these drawings, and this one is no exception.
I read the other critique, and while it is fair, they brought up the foreground characters can be accentuated more if you use bold outlines, which I disagree with. The bold lines would seem rather out-of-place in a picture like this where the colouring itself speaks the tone and atmosphere rather than the linework.
In order to make them bolder, the choice of colours should contrast with the background enough to make them stand out, and I think that works well here.
I also like the simplicity of the main image, but the background itself could use a bit more detail. I think the curve of the fence is a little askew too. Something about it just doesn't seem right.
Overall I adore this picture, it looks like something I'd love to see in children's illustrated book. You've created this fun, bright, sunny mood and it's wonderful. It's amazing what you can do with simple color pencils! The colors are great, they blend flawlessly, and I love how you've shown the textures with colors. The only thing - the picture looks a little flat to me, because the background is as bright as foreground. You could bring the girl and dogs a little forward by making the ouline thicker or the background dimmer. Also, the background is not quite as well color-balanced as the foreground, but maybe it's only the matter of taste. But your shadowing is perfect - characters really have volume to them. Also, you clearly have your own style and I relly admire your it. It draws the viewer closer to the picture, it's adorable and original. Great work! Just want to wish you luck and improvement and hope my cririque was useful.
Wow this looks wonderful ^_^ your art is just so beautiful. The cuteness and colors make it a very happy picture I love the proportions of the dogs and since I'm a HUGE fan of doggies, I adore this picture

But it's an adorable image nonetheless. Bravo!
