I really, really love this piece. Katniss looks lovely, and I love the dress. Prim is quite adorable, especially with Buttercup. Effie's expression and actions are good, the same with Haymitch. Peeta is magnificent!! Absolutely amazing. The only things I would say about Rue is that it did mention that she had darker skin, otherwise her sweet innocent look is great for a character like her. Maybe on the characters (mostly Rue), try emphasizing the wrist a tiny bit more. I've never tried that, so I can't tell exactly how it would look; however, on Effie, the gloves emphasize her wrist and it looks really good. Anyway, I absolutely love this! Thanks for the great work (:

Each of the characters is well-attuned to the vision of the book, though, as has been mentioned, Rue's skin is darker. Both Effie and Haymitch showcase their personality fantastically: Effie is constantly worrying and Haymitch is constantly not caring. I also enjoy Rue's general pose, because it does feel like she's on the tips of her toes, arms extended, like a bird about to take flight. Katniss seems slightly too confident in respect to her interview(s) with Caesar Flickerman, and Peeta seems to be more of a pretty boy than a soft-spoken charmer, however. Prim seems...a little too happy, and Buttercup does love her more than he appears to. I think it'd be great to see these characters doing more actions, too, similar to Haymitch and Effie's little scene. The style, though, is really unique and pretty to me. Honestly, it's really good and has potential to be better.
